Meeting keynotes:

• Votes -

  • DR Live - Move forward? Yes or No. Requires 80% to pass.

    • Vote passed. 16 in favor for moving forward with DR Live, 1 abstain from the vote to move forward with DR Live, 1 branch unable to vote

  • DR Live Transition Period - Post discussion key notes:

    • New contracts will be signed by branches no later than January 15th to continue forward with the DR Network.

      • Earliest a branch can move to DR Live is February 1st 2025. Branches must complete transfer from DR 3.0 to DR Live by April 30th, 2025.

      • Reasons:

        • Timing for branches. Branches have different season to season operation.

        • Allows for enough lead time for players to use or lose items that will not transfer

        • Allows for cleanup on 1st release of DR live content

        • Allows for Strained Ancestry book to be released before transfer to DR Live.
          

• Labor timetable from prior quarter by network support / development

  • Player Feedback / Revisions - 154 hours (approx 14 hrs per week)

  • New Owner Onboarding - 13 hours 

  • Owner requested meetings - 11.5 hours

  • DR Live Blueprints - 108 hours

  • Operational Labor - 31 hours

  • Strained Ancestry - Contracted 6 writers (Internal 16 hours review, revisions, planning plus hired labor)
